"Anita just helped my husband and I purchase our first home in Wynantskill, NY. We were initially working with Ellen, and then Anita stepped in when Ellen was out. Anita was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive to all of our questions. She made the home buying process easy, and helped us negotiate an excellent price for the home. She put in late-night and early-morning hours and was always reachable for our many questions. We could not have asked for a better real estate professional. "Anita was recommended to us by a friend. Very happy we chose her as our agent. We were buying at a time of year where homes in our price range were selling quickly. Anita worked very diligently to get us showings quickly for homes that came on the market. When we found a property we liked Anita worked hard to negotiate a price we were comfortable paying. "Anita is a wonderful person to work with, and a very nice person in general. She is responsive, hard working, and is kind. She helped not only with buying the home but continues to help us as we search for contractors to do repairs on our home. The only trouble we ran into in our working with her was that she was too optimistic in setting the dates for getting our inspection done which got us into some trouble when we weren't able to complete the inspection in time and discovered the house needed a new roof. I think she learned from that experience though, and I would recommend her to someone who is looking for an agent who is honest, hard working, and committed to help the person she was working for to find and close on the home they are looking for."
